Ultra Heat Treatment
(UHT)

Our plant is equipped with an Ultra High Temperature (UHT) technology. Our production system is fully automated and monitored centrally, from the cleaning of our raw materials, right through to its clean-in-place (CIP) function. We also used auto-packing machine in our production line. We believe that our fully automated system and minimal human intervention production approach ensures that we deliver consistently high quality products to our customers.

UHT is a technique for maintaining liquid foods through intense and short heat treatment process. This series of tubular UHT sterilizers is widely used for applying heat treatment to food products. Typical sterilization temperature is 137-142°C for 4-6 seconds, which is high temperature and short time. The products can reach commercial sterility and maximizes the nutritional value of the original product. Pasteurization of coconut milk products which kills off vegetative bacteria ensures that the products are safe for human consumption as long as they are refrigerated during their recommended shelf life. The typical shelf life of pasteurized coconut milk products is about one week at 4°C.

Cleaning In Place
(CIP)

Cleaning in place refers to all those mechanical and chemical systems that are necessary to prepare equipment for food processing. It does mean the cleaning takes place without dismantling the system. CIP is an important component in guaranteeing food safety in food processing plants. It should avoid potential contamination and products that don’t meet quality standard. In TBT Food Industries Sdn Bhd, we applied this CIP to ensure our products are safe for human consumption.

Vertical Form Auto
Packing Machine

In TBT Food Industries, we used Vertical Form Auto Packing Machine for our production. Apart from increase our productivity, it also increase the quality and safety of our products from human intervention by contaminating the food products. This machine is reliably ensuring product hygiene by eliminating hand contact with food products.

TBA/19 TetraBrik Aseptic

TBA/19 TetraBrik Aseptic is a complete operating machine for filling of food products like juices including the end-packaging machine. It is a basic packaging line come to be associated with reliability in food industries. TBA/19 comes up with a capacity of 6,000-7,500 packages per hour and it offers space efficiency. It is also a hygienic processing and packaging comes with hydrogen peroxide sterilize on the packages box.
